By creating an account, transferring currency, or provisioning computing nodes on AxonNode, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform.
Our VPS, Discord Bot, and game instances are sandbox environments. You agree not to run malicious binaries, cryptominers, port scanners, denial-of-service tools, or scripts that intentionally overload the hypervisor host CPU. Any node found violating these terms will be suspended immediately.
All standard hosting nodes are billed monthly. Orders placed through checkout using manual UPI payments require approval via our Discord Support Ticket desk. Services are activated once payment confirmation is verified.
You are responsible for securing your billing account password and Pterodactyl Panel login credentials. AxonNode is not liable for data loss or service modifications resulting from unauthorized panel login access.
AxonNode provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we run regular RAID configurations and storage backups, users are advised to configure independent backups for critical system databases and script assets.
