We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked 24-hour money-back guarantee for all virtual instances (AMD/Intel VPS, Discord Bot hosting, and Game Servers). If you are dissatisfied with resource delivery or network latency, you can claim a refund within the first 24 hours of server provisioning.
Please note that bare-metal Dedicated Servers are excluded from the 24-hour refund window. Due to manual rack setup costs, operating system license bindings, and network reservation setups, dedicated server sales are final.
To request a refund under the 24-hour window, please navigate to the Support tab or join our Discord Support channel. Open a refund request ticket and supply your **Order ID** and UPI payment reference number.
Once the cancellation request is received and verified by an Administrator, the provisioned instance will be suspended. The refund amount will be credited back via UPI to the originating bank account within 2 to 3 business days.
